Orders placed before 1 PM are dispatched the same day through Shree Maruti Courier and usually arrive within 3–4 days. Tracking details reach you by email that evening. Orders placed after 1 PM go out the next working day.

For pin codes Shree Maruti doesn't reach, we ship through India Post or Tirupati Courier. International orders travel by DHL or India Post.

Returns

Please note that handvowen items are slightly imperfect by nature, and tend to bleed slightly when first washed. Colours / Hues may slightly vary due to digital photography.

However, you may return a piece within 7 days of delivery, and we will also cover the return postage. Every piece carries a hang tag; please keep it attached. Fold the piece neatly rather than crumpled, and pack it securely so it makes the journey back in good condition.

Once we've assessed the returned parcel, we'll issue store credit, a refund to your original payment method, or a replacement.

A note on the model image

Each design exists as a single piece, so we don't drape it on a live model, which would risk the piece and add a cost we'd rather keep out of your price. The drape shown is digital, for reference. The second image is the actual piece, laid flat in true colour.

It is available with us in stock and ready to dispatch, so the exact piece you see is the one that ships to you, usually the same day.

Each piece takes weeks to weave by hand

On a handloom, a single Pochampally or Sambalpuri piece can take several weeks to complete. The pattern isn't printed on. It's woven in, row by row. That makes every piece exquisite.

Every thread is dyed before it is woven

Ikat process begins before the loom. The yarn is tied and dyed in sections, so the pattern is set in the thread itself. That soft, feathered edge on every motif is the mark of ikat, in Sambalpuri and Pochampally cotton alike.
